Moong Dal Tikki
Serving:
makes 15 tikki
Ingredients:
1. Moong dal 1 and ½ cup (soak for 5
hours)
2. Onion chopped 1 small
3. Mint leaves chopped 1 Tbsp
4. Coriender leaves chopped 1 Tbsp
5. Bread crumbs 2 Tbsp
6. Salt to taste
7. Oil 4Tbsp for shallow fry
8. Green chili paste 1 tsp
METHOD:
1. In a pressure cooker add soaked moong dal ,2 cup
water and salt and cook for about 5 to 6 whistle
2. After the cooker is cooled drain off the water from
dal
3. See that water is completely drained
4. Transfer the dal in a bowl add mint leaves,onion,coriander
leaves, bread crumbs, salt and green chili and mix well with hand
5. If the mixture is very soft add little more bread
crumbs
6. Make small tikki and if u want just keep in fridge
for 10 min
7. Then in a pan add oil and place the tikki
8. And shallow fry in low heat till golden brown
9. Serve hot with
chili sauce

Simple Moist Chocolate Cake
SIMPLE MOIST
CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
1. Plain
flour -1 ¾ cup
2. Sugar-
2 cups (powdered)
3. Coco
powder – ¾ cup
4. Baking
soda -1 ½ tsp
5. Baking
powder – 1 ½ tsp
6. Salt
– a pinch
7. Eggs
– 2 large or 3 small
8. Milk
– 1 cup
9. Coffee water 1 cup (dissolve 3 tsp coffee powder with
1 cup water or can use plain water 1 cup)
10. Oil –
½ cup

Vanilla essence – 1 ½ tsp
METHOD: This recipe
will make 2 cake 9 inches.
· In
large bowl add all dry ingredients flour, sugar, coco powder, baking powder,
baking soda, salt mix well keep a side.
· Then
in other large bowl add all wet ingredients that are eggs beat with fork then
add 1 cup of milk, coffee water, oil, vanilla essence mix well and add to the
above mixture and mix well.
· Pre
heat the oven 15 min before baking.
· Grease
the 9 inches 2 baking tray
· And
pour the mixture equally and, bake for 30 min at 180o c.
· Cool
the cake completely and dust some icing suger and serve

Shammi Kabaab
INGREDIENTS:
(can make 10 to 12 shammi kabaab)
1. Chicken or mutton boneless pieces cubed
250gms
2. Chana dal ¼ cup soaked for 2 hours
3. Red chilli powder 1tsp
4. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
5. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
6. Onion chopped 1
7. Garam masala powder ½ tsp
8. Coriander leaves chopped 1 Tbsp
9. Salt to taste
10.
Oil
for shallow fry
METHOD:
· In
a pressure cooker add cubed chicken or mutton,chana dal, red chilli powder,
turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste,onion,salt and mix well also add some
water
· And cook it for 3 to 4 whistle
· Cool
it and open the cooker, if any water is present dry it off in low heat
·
Add
garam masala and grind it
· Then
add chopped coriander and make small tikki
shape
·
And
shallow fry it
· Serve
hot with lemon and onion sliced

Pan Pocket Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
(FOR PIZZA DOUGH)
1. maida (flour) 1 and ½ cup
2. baking powder ½ tsp
3. yeast 1 tsp
4. salt ½ tsp
5. sugar 1 tsp
6. oil 4 Tbsp
7. warm water as required
METHOD:
· In
a bowl add all ingredients 1 to 6 and with warm water make a soft dough
INGREDIENTS:
(FOR STUFFING)
1. Onion small sliced
2. Capsicum small piece sliced
3. Tomato small sliced
4. Garlic 1 cloves chopped
5. Jeera powder a pinch (optional)
6. Coriander powder ¼ tsp (optional)
7. Tomato sauce 1 Tbsp
8. Sweet chilli sauce 1 Tbsp
9. Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
10.
Boiled
chicken shredded (optional)
11. Oregano
½ tsp
12.
Mozzarella
grated cheese 5 Tsp
13. Oil
1 tsp
14.
Salt
to taste
METHOD:
· In
a pan add oil add onion, capsicum and tomato and fry well for few minutes
· Add
Jeera powder, salt ,coriander powder and black pepper powder mix well
· Then
add chicken, tomato sauce and sweet chilli sauce and oregano mix well for few minutes
DIRECTION TO
MAKE PAN POCKET PIZZA:
· Pan
pocket pizza is ready to eat

Ice cream Cup Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1. ice cream (any flavour of your
choice) 1 cup
2. sponge cake ½ cup
3. whipped cream
METHOD:
·
take
a small piece of sponge cake and crumble with your finger
·
then
take cup cake cups or cup cake silicon mould
·
take
1 tsp of sponge crumble and nicely press with your finger
·
then
fill the cups with the ice cream
·
freeze
it for 4 hours
·
then
decorate with whipped cream
·
serve
quick

Spicy Sev Masala
Serving:
2 persons
Cooking time:
5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1. sev ½ cup (thin or fat sev)
2. onion 2 Tbsp chopped
3. ginger and garlic paste ½ tsp
4. green chili paste ½ tsp
5. red chilli powder ½ tsp
6. turmeric powder a pinch
7. mango powder ½ tsp
8. Jeera powder a pinch
9. salt to taste
10. oil
2 tsp
11. water
2 Tbsp to 3 Tbsp (just to make sev soft)
12. coriander
leaves 1Tbsp for garnish
METHOD:
· in
a non stick vessel add oil, then add onion fry till transparent
· then
add ginger,garlic and green chili paste fry for some seconds
· then reduce the heat very low and add redchilli powder, turmeric powder, mango powder,jeera
powder salt and water mix well
· then
last add sev and mix well cover and cook for just 3 to 4 minutes in low heat
·
last
garnish with coriander leaves
·
serve
hot with chapatti
