INGREDIENTS:
1. Whipping cream 1 cup
2. Sugar (powdered) 4 Tbsp
3. Strawberry jelly ½ pack
4. Strawberry puree 3 Tbsp
5. Fruits (any fruits of your choice) finely chopped
6. Dry fruits roasted(of your choice)finely chopped
METHOD:
· First whip the whipping cream with beater
· While whipping add powdered sugar
· Whip the cream until cream thickens and forms fluffy
· Then add strawberry jelly powder beat for 1 minutes
· Then fold the strawberry puree(cut and grind the strawberry)
TO PLACE THE PUDDING:
· In a glass bowl spread finely chopped fruits then on top of that spread finely chopped dry fruits
· Then on top spread pink pudding
· Decorate with strawberry
· Sever chill

· I used almarai whipping cream
