INGREDIENTS:
(FOR MARINATION)
1. Chicken ½ kg (medium pieces)
2. Yoghurt (dahi ) 1 cup
3. Ginger and garlic paste 2tsp
4. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
5. Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
6. Roasted Jeera powder 1 tsp
7. Coriander powder 1 tsp
8. Fried onion crushed 4 Tbsp
9. Salt to taste
INGREDIENTS:
(FOR PASTE)
1. Khus khus 2 Tbsp or 10 cashew nuts
soak in water
2. Sesame seed 2 tsp
3. Desiccated coconut 1 Tbsp

Grind
into smooth paste
METHOD:
·
First
marinate the chicken and keep for 15 minutes
·
Before
cooking add the grind paste to the marinated chicken and mix properly
·
In
a non stick vessel add 5 Tbsp oil
·
Add
marinated chicken and stir well for 5 minutes
·
Add
1 cup water and reduce heat into very low and cook for 30 minutes
·
Last
after the chicken is cooked garnish with some chopped green chilli
·
Serve
hot with rice ,chappati,naan
