In this
recipe I have taken chicken strips you can make this with bone also.
Cooking time:
10 minutes
Serving For:
2 persons
INGREDIENTS:
1. Chicken breast 2 (cut into long strips)
2. Pepper powder 1 tsp or paprika 1 tsp
3. Vinegar 1 Tbsp
4. Garlic powder ½ tsp (optional)
5. Salt to taste
6. Egg 1 beaten
7. Maida 1 cup (for rolling)
8. Oil for frying
METHOD:

Cut
the chicken into long strips wash and drain excess water from the chicken
·
Then
in a bowl add chicken strips ,salt, pepper powder or parika,vinegar and garlic
powder mix well and keep for 2 hours
·
Then
dip each chicken strips in beaten egg and roll it in maida again dip it in egg
and roll it in maida and shallow or deep fry the chicken in medium heat
