Heart Hidden Loaf Cake



INGREDIENTS:
1.     Butter (soften) 100gms
2.     Sugar 1 cup
3.     Eggs 4
4.     Vanilla essence 1 tsp
5.     Flour (maida) 1 cup
6.     Baking powder  ½ tsp
7.     Salt a pinch (optional)
8.     Pink food colour 2 drops
METHOD:
·   In a large bowl add butter and beat well till creamy and soft. Then add sugar and again beat well


·   To that add eggs one at the time beat till fluffy



·   Add vanilla essence



·   Then add flour and baking powder mix well don’t over mix the mixture



·   Take about 1 and half cup of batter in a bowl add pink colour



·   Mix well if u want can add more drop to get the perfect pink colour



·   Then grease the square baking tray I have taken 7 by 9 inches baking tray



·   And pour the pink colour batter and spread evenly and bake in pre heated oven in 150c for 20 minutes



·  After the cake is baked ,let it cool and flip over to the cutting board



·  And take a small heart shape cookie cutter and cut the cake and keep aside


·  Grease the loaf baking tray pour little white batter



·  Then place the heart in the center



·  Pour the remaining batter on the top



· And bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 150c


· Let it cool and cut and serve
NOTE:
·    If you like can use your own sponge cake measurement
