Aloo Pizza



INGREDIENTS:
1.  Potato 1 medium (cut into long like french-fries)
2.  Eggs 2 (beaten)
3.  Pepper powder 1 tsp
4.  Onion finely chopped 2 Tbsp
5.  Capsicum finely chopped 2 Tbsp
6.  Tomato deseeded finely chopped 2 Tbsp
7.  Chicken boiled and shredded 2 Tbsp (can use leftover chicken)
8.  Oregano a pinch (optional)
9.  Garlic 1 clove chopped
10.Tomato sauce 1 Tbsp
11.Cheese grated  4 Tbsp or more you need
12.Salt to taste
13.Oil
METHOD:
·  First cut the potato into long strips (like French fries).wash and dry it with kitchen towel and deep fry in hot oil till light brown







· Then in a small 9 inches non stick fry pan add 1 tsp oil then add garlic



· Then spread all the French fries (make sure that heat is very low)



·    Mean while beat the eggs well with salt and pepper



· Then spread on top of French fries



· Then spread some onion,capsicum,tomato,chicken,oregano,tomato sauce



· Then last garnish with grated cheese, close the lid and cook till cheese melts


· Cut and serve hot with chilli sauce
