Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving: 4 persons
INGREDIENTS: (10 meat balls)
1. Kheema (beef or mutton)250 gm ( wash and drain all water from Kheema)
2. Jeera ½ tsp
3. Onion ½ chopped
4. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
5. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
6. Red chilli powder ½ tsp
7. Coriander powder ½ tsp
8. Coriander leaves 1 Tbsp chopped
9. Semolina 2 tsp (soak in 3 to 4 tsp water) ,can use bread crumbs 2 Tbsp
10. Egg 2 T bsp
11. Garlic chopped 1 tsp
12. Green chilli chopped 1
13. Pepper crush 1 tsp
14. Soya sauce 1 tsp
15. Salt to taste
16. Oil 3 Tbsp
Method:
· First in non stick pan add 1 tsp oil then add Jeera and onion fry for few seconds
· Then add turmeric powder ginger and garlic paste mix well
· Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and coriander leaves fry in low heat for few minutes, then cool it
· In a bowl add Kheema and the above mixture, semolina( squeeze extra water)or bread crumbs and egg mix well and make small balls
· If the mixture is too soft add more bread crumbs and keep aside
· In a non stick pan add 2 Tbsp oil add garlic then place the meat balls and let it cook in low heat till light brown ( it will take around 10 to 15 minutes)
· After the meat balls is cooked add green chill ,pepper crushed and soya sauce and mix well for 2 minutes
· Serve hot
