Fish Tikka




INGREDIENTS:
1.     Fish fillet (boneless) 1 medium
2.     Maida (flour) 3 Tbsp
3.     Corn flour 1 ½ Tbsp
4.     Red chilli powder 1 tsp
5.     Black pepper powder ½ tsp
6.     White pepper powder ½ tsp
7.     Garlic 1 tsp finely chopped
8.     Coriander leaves 1Tbsp finely chopped
9.     Soya sauce 1 tsp
10.   Salt to taste
11.   Tandoori colour a pinch
12.   Oil for fry
METHOD:
·        Wash the fish and drain all water and cut into medium small cubes
·        In a bowl add 2 to 11 ingredients and mix well with water
·        The batter should be medium thick not too thick and not too thin
·        Then add the cubed fish and keep aside for 10 minutes
·        Then one by one deep fry the fish .fry 5 cubes at a time for 5 minutes
·        The fish should be nicely coated before frying
·        In same oil can also fry some cubed capsicum
·        And serve  hot with fried capsicum
