Sheer Kurma



INGREDIENTS:
1.     Vermicelli 2 cups (thin and brown vermicelli)
2.     Nestle sweetened condensed milk 1 tin
3.     Ghee 3 Tbsp
4.     Sugar 4 Tbsp (to your taste)
5.     Milk 2 liters
6.     Cashew nut (broken) ¼ cup
7.     Charoli ¼ cup
8.     Saffron a pinch


METHOD:
·     In a deep bottom vessel pour milk and keep for boil in medium heat
·     In other side in pan add 2 Tbsp ghee then roast the vermicelli for 3 – 4 minutes .take off and keep aside
·    In the same pan add 1 Tbsp ghee and add cashew nuts and roast till light brown. Take off and keep aside
·   Then in same pan add charoli and roast for few minutes. Take off and break the charoli with your hand and keep aside
·    When the milk come to boiling point reduce the heat and add NESTLE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and sugar mix well
·    Then add the vermicelli when it starts boiling add cashew nuts and charoli and saffron boil for 10 – 15 minutes
·    Sheer Kurma is ready
·    Best  serve  chilled
NOTE:
·        Instead of charoli you can use broken pista
·        Charoli is available in Lulu hyper market and Safeer super market
