rolls
INGREDIENTS:
1. Maida (flour) 2 cups
2. Instant yeast 1 and ½ tsp
3. Oil ¼ cup
4. Egg 1
5. Salt ½ tsp
6. Sugar 2 Tbsp
7. Luke warm water as required
METHOD:
· In
bowl add all ingredients 1 to 6 and make smooth dough with adding Luke warm
water
· Knead
well for 5 to 10 minutes
· Keep
in warm place for rising for 2 hours
· After
2 hours knead back
· And
divide the dough into 10 balls
· Then
again divide each ball into 3 balls
· And
place 3 balls in each greased muffin tray, follow the same with other dough
· And
again keep in warm place for rising for 30 minutes
· Then
bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes for 200c
·
After
8minutes take out the tray spray little water and bake again
·
Serve
with pav bhaji ,butter chicken or any thing
