Roomi Fish



Preparation + cooking Time: 10 minute
Serving for: 2 person
INGREDIENTS:
·        Fish fillet 2
·        Vinegar 2 tsp
·        Lemon 1 tsp
·        Flour (maida) 4 Tbsp
·        Egg 1 (beaten)
·        White pepper powder 1 tsp
·        Mustard powder ½ tsp (optional)
·        Grated cheese 2 tbsp
·        Baking powder ¼ tsp
·        Salt to taste
·        Oil for frying
·        Water as required
METHOD:
·    First clean and cut fish fillet and drain excess water

·    Then marinate fish with salt, lemon and vinegar for 10 minutes

·    In a bowl add flour,egg,salt,white pepper powder, mustard powder, grated cheese and baking powder and make thick batter with adding little water (batter should not be too thick nor too thin)

·    Take each fish fillet and dip in batter and deep fry for 4 minutes

·     Serve hot with French fries or salad or chilli sauce
