Red Velvet Cup Cake



INDREDIENTS: (FOR 8 CUP CAKES)
1.  Flour (maida) ½ cup
2.  Sugar ½ cup (powdered)
3.  butter (unsalt) 50g
4.  cocoa powder ½ Tbsp
5.  vanilla essence ½ tsp
6.  baking powder ½ tsp
 red liquid colour ½ Tbsp
8.  milk 1 Tbsp
9.   eggs 2 (room temperature)
METHOD:
·    In a bowl add soften butter and beat well with the beater till creamy

·    To that add powdered sugar beat well

·    Then add the eggs beat till light and fluffy

·    Then add vanilla essence

·    In other bowl shift maida ,baking powder and cocoa powder, then add little at the time to the above mixture

·    Mix red liquid and milk together and add to the above mixture, beat for few seconds

·    Pre heat the oven for 150c

·    Pour 1 Tbsp of batter in each cup cake mould

·    And bake the cup cakes for 20 minute,cool it

·   Yummy Red Velvet Cup Cake is ready to eat
