Kadai Prawns




PREPARATION TIME :10 minutes
SERVING FOR :3 persons
INGREDIENTS:
1.   Prawns 250g
2.   Turmeric powder ½ tsp
3.   Red chilli powder 1 and ½ tsp and coriender powder 1 tsp
4.   Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
5.   Tomato 1 sliced
6.   Garam masala powder ½ tsp
7.   Fry onion paste ½ cup (fry the onion and make a paste)
8.   Water ½ cup
9.    Fry Cashew nut paste 2 -3 Tbsp (fry the cashew nut and make paste)
10.  Salt to taste
11.  Oil 2 Tbsp
12.  Coriander leaves for garnish and lime juice
METHOD:
·    In a non stick vessel add oil then add ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder mix well

·    Then add prawns sauté for few seconds

·    Then add sliced tomato and garam masala

·    Then add fry onion paste mix well for 1 minute

·    Then add water and salt stir for few seconds

·    Then add cashew nut paste mix well and cover and cook for 3 minutes

·    Last  garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice
