Chicken Chilli Dry



One more wonderful recipe of Nasrin samad…J
INDREDIENTS:
1.   Chicken 500 g (cut into small pieces)
2.   Onion 1 chopped
3.   Green chillies 1 -2 chopped
4.   Curry leaves few
5.   Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
6.   Tomato sauce 1 tsp
7.   Soya sauce ½ tsp
8.   Red chilli sauce 1 tsp (can use any other sauce of your choice)
9.   Red chilli powder 1 tsp
10. Coriander powder 1 tsp
11. Garam masala powder ½ tsp
12. Cumin powder  ½ tsp
13. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
14. Red food colour a pinch
15. Salt to taste
16. Coriander leaves for garnish
17.Oil 1 Tbsp

METHOD:
·    First marinate the chicken with ingredients’ no 5 to 15,mix well and keep for 2 hours

·    Then in a non stick vessel add oil, then add onion fry till it turns pink

·    Then add green chilli and curry leaves

·    Then add the marinate chicken mix well and cook in medium low heat for 10 to 15 minutes (don’t add water)

·    When the chicken is cooked and all the water evaporates switch off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves

·     Chicken chilli dry is ready
