Beef Tikka/Beef Lollypop





INGREDIENTS:
1.  Beef 250 g (cut into small or medium pieces)
2.  Ginger and garlic paste 1 Tbsp
3.  Mint, coriander and green chilli paste 1/4  cup
4.  Garam masala powder ½ tsp
5.  Salt to taste
6.  Lemon juice 1 tsp
7.  Egg 1 beaten
8.  Bread crumbs 1 cup
9.  Oil for shallow
10.Toothpicks
METHOD:
·   Wash and clean the beef and drain all the water

·   In a bowl add ginger and garlic paste, salt , garam masala powder, lemon juice, mint ,coriander leaves and green chilli paste mix well

·  To that add beef and marinate for ½ and hour

·  Then in a pressure cooker add the marinated beef and ½ cup water can use little more water if you want

·  Then cook for about 4 to 5 whistle or depending upon your pressure cooker

·  Then switch off the gas and let it cool if there is any water remaining ,then dry it completely

·  Then poke 2 to 3 pieces of beef to the toothpick ,make all the remaining beef same way

·  Then dip in egg and roll it in bread crumbs and shallow fry it

·  Beef tikka or beef lolly pop is ready to eat..yummmy!!!
