Capsicum Bhajiya

INGREDIENTS: 
1.     Capsicum small 1 (finely sliced)
2.     Chick pea flour (besan) ½ cup
3.     Red chill powder 1tsp
4.     Turmeric powder ½ tsp
5.     Jeera powder (cumin seeds powder) ½ tsp
6.     Garam masala ½ tsp
7.     Coriander leaves 2 Tbsp (chopped)
8.     Curry leaves few (chopped)
9.     Soda bicarbonate 1 pinch or baking powder
10.   Salt to taste
11.   Oil for deep fry
12.    water


METHOD:
·     In a bowl add all ingredients, except  oil and make a smooth paste without lumps and  keep for 10 minutes
·     Batter should be medium thick
·     Heat oil in a kadai and drop the mixture, a table spoon at a time
·      Fry in medium heat until golden brown
·      Serve hot
