Chicken Cheese Finger Roll




INGREDIENTS:
1.  Finger roll 2                                               
2.  Chicken boiled 1 cup (cut into cube)
3.  Onion 1 finely sliced
4.  Capsicum small 1 finely sliced
5.  Black or white pepper powder 1 tsp
6.  Tomato sauce 1 Tbsp
7.  Soya sauce 1 tsp
8.  Thai chill sauce 1 tsp
9.  Salt to taste
10. Corn flour 1 tsp
11. Water 1 Tbsp
12. Cheese grated 1 Tbsp and also for garnish
13. Oil 1Tbsp
14.  Butter (soften) 1 Tbsp
15.  Coriander leaves for garnish
16.  Spring onion 1 Tbsp
METHOD:
·     In a pan add oil then add onion and fry till light brown then add capsicum cook till capsicum is soft then add pepper powder ,chicken,salt,tomato sauce, soya sauce,thai chilli sauce, spring onion and mix well

·    Then dissolve corn flour in water and pour over to the mixture mix well

·    Switch off the gas and add grated cheese and mix well

·    Spread butter to the finger roll and cut from the center and stuff the mixture properly

·    At the top garnish with coriander leaves and grated cheese

·    keep in micro oven for 1 minutes or till cheese melts

·    Cut and serve hot
