Veg Kabab

This veg kabab is made by the combination of bread and potatoes.I made this one by left over bread this is a great snack for the evening and kids will really love it.



INGREDIENTS:
  1. Potatoes 2
  2. Bread 2 slices (edges trimmed)
  3. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  4. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  5. Jeera powder (cumin powder) 1/2tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Onion 1 small
  9. Coriander leaves 1Tbsp
  10. Bread crumbs
  11. Egg 1 (beaten)
  12. Oil for deep fry
METHOD:
  • In a bowl add all the ingredients 1 to 9.And mix well.Before adding bread wet a little bit in water then add to the mixture.
  • Make small kabab shape.
  • Then dip it in beaten egg and roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Note:
You can use maida paste (diluted in water) instead of egg.
Kabab should be rolled tightly in bread crumbs otherwise it will break.
