Dry Fruit Kheer

 
 
INGREDIENTS:
1.   milk 1 and ½ liters
2.   condensed milk ½ cup
3.   cardamom powder ½ tsp
4.   brown sev (thin) ¼ cup crushed
5.   sugar (according to your taste)
6.   sabudana 4 Tbsp (soak in ½ cup water)
7.   pista sliced 2 Tbsp
8.   cashew nut 2 Tbsp chopped
9.   dated(deseeded)10 chopped
10.kewda essence ½ tsp
METHOD:
·       in a deep bottom vessel add milk and boil it in medium heat
 
·       when the milk comes at boiling point add brown sev and sabudana(drain water from sabudana,before adding to milk)
 
·       after 5 minutes add condensed milk,sugar,cardamom powder,pista,cashew nut and dates
·       and boil for another 10 minutes
·       after kheer is cooled add kewda essence
·       and enjoy hot or chilled
