Hariyali Chicken Tikka




 
  • PERPARATION TIME: marinating 2 hours + 15 minutes cooking time
    SERVING FOR: 4 persons
    INGREDIENTS:
    1. Chicken boneless 4 (450gms) cut
    2. Mint leaves ½ cup
    3. Coriander leaves ½ cup
    4. Green chilli 2
    5. Cumin seeds ½ tsp and lemon juice 1 Tbsp
    6. Capsicum ¼ cup
    7. Garlic 2 cloves
    8. Oil
    9. Salt to taste
    10. Garam masala for garnish
    METHOD:
    · Wash and drain water from the chicken

    · In a grinder add ingredients no 2 to no 7 ,to smooth paste don’t add water

    · In bowl add the grind mixture, chicken ,salt ,lemon juice and oil 2 tsp and marinate the chicken for 4-5 hours


    · In a pan add 1 tsp of oil and add marinated chicken, fry 5 chicken pieces at a time
    · First make the flame high for a second and cover it

    · Then reduce to low and turn the tikka ,cover and cook for 3 minutes or chicken is done (it will take 3 to 4 minutes)

    · Then again make the flame high for a second, then remove it and same way make the others

    • Hariyali chicken tikka is ready to serve ,sprinkle some gara
