INGREDIENTS:
1. Jhinga (prawns) 250g (washed and cleaned)
2. Onion chopped 1
3. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
4. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
5. Coriander powder 1tsp
6. Green paste (almost ½ cup coriander leaves,1/4 cup mint leaves ,1 green chilli grind all together into smooth paste)2 to 3 Tbsp
7. Curry leaves few chopped
8. Garam masala ½ tsp
9. Pepper powder ½ tsp
10. Salt to taste
11. Oil 2 Tbsp
12. Lemon juice 2 tsp
METHOD:
· Wash and clean prawns
· In a non stick vessel add oil, then chopped onion fry till it turns pink
· Then add turmeric powder and ginger –garlic paste fry for few seconds
· Then add coriander powder and green paste mix well
· Then add curry leaves, salt and prawns mix well, cover and cook in medium heat for 4 minutes (don’t add water)
· When the prawns is almost down add pepper powder mix well
· Last add garam masala
· Switch of the gas add lemon juice and serve
