Hii friends...This recipe is one of my friend NASRIN SAMAD’S MOMS recipes and I like to share with your all. Thank you Nasrin for this wonderful recipe.
INDREDIENTS:
1. Prawns 250g
2. Red chilli powder 2tsp
3. Turmeric power ½ tsp
4. Onion 1 chopped
5. Ginger and garlic paste ½ tsp
6. Curry leaves few
7. Coconut 1 Tbsp
8. Coriander leaves for garnish
9. Coconut oil 2 Tbsp
10. Salt to taste
METHOD:
· Wash and clean the prawns then marinate with salt ,turmeric powder,redchilli powder and keep for 15 minutes
· In a pan add oil and fry the marinated prawns for about 5 minutes and keep aside
· In same pan add oil and add curry leaves ,ginger garlic paste then add onion and fry the onion till it turns pink
· Then add prawns and mix well and just sauté for 1 minutes,remove and garnish with coriender leaves
