Tie and Dye Cup Cake



MAKES: 6 -8 cup cakes
INGREDIENTS:
1.   Butter 50 gm (soften)
2.   Sugar ½ cup (powdered)
3.   Eggs 2
4.   Vanilla essence ½ tsp
5.   Flour (maida ) ½ cup
6.   Baking powder ½ tsp
7.   Liquid food colour red, green and yellow few drops
METHOD:
·    In a large bowl beat butter and sugar  well with hand electric beater till soft


·   Then add eggs beat well untill fluffy


·   Then add vanilla essence


·   Combine flour and baking powder and add to the batter beat well (don’t over mix the batter)


·   Divide the batter into 3 equal part and add few drops of colour in each parts


·   Place the cups  and drop each colour of batter side by side


·   And bake in pre heated oven for 20 minutes at 150c
·   After baking let it cool and cut from the center


·   Tie and dye cup cake is ready to serve
