Chocolate Mousse



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving For: 2 glasses or 4 small glasses
INDREDIENTS:
1.     Fresh cream 1 and ½ cup
2.     Sugar 2 Tbsp powdered
3.     Vanilla essence ½ tsp
4.     Chocolate grated 1 cup
5.     Milk ¼ cup
METHOD:
·    First whip the cream with a electric hand beater till thick and fluffy and keep aside, while whipping add sugar

·   Take a microwave save bowl add chocolate ,milk and vanilla essence and microwave for 20 seconds mix well and keep for another 20 seconds mix well and let it cool completely

·   Then pour the chocolate mixture to the whipped cream and fold properly

·   Then pour the mixture into small cups and  refrigerate for 6 hours

·   After the mousse is chill decorate with cream or grated chocolate

·   And serve I am sure kids will really love this one
