Cooking Time: 8 minutes + 1 hour Mari nation
Serving For: 3 persons
INGREDIENTS:
1. Prawns 15 (clean and deveined)
2. Yogurt 2 tsp
3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
4. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
5. Red food colour a pinch
6. Ginger and garlic paste ½ tsp
7. Lemon juice ½ tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil 1 Tbsp
10. Short skewers (stick)
METHOD:
1. In a bowl add yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red food colour, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and 1 tsp oil mix well
2. Add prawns ,marinate and refrigerate for 1 hour
3. Then thread prawns into short skewers
4. And then in a non stick pan add oil and fry the prawns till light brown
5. Serve hot with any main dish
