Mosaic Dessert Bars




INGREDIENTS:
1.  Strawberry flavour gelatin(jelly mix) ½ pack (and ½ cup boiling water to dissolve  gelatin)
2.  Pineapple  flavour gelatin (jelly mix) ½ pack (1/2 cup boiling water to dissolve  gelatin)
3.  Orange flavour gelatin (jelly mix) ½ pack (1/2 cup boiling water to dissolve gelatin)
4.  Unflavored gelatin 1 envelope
5.  Condensed milk ½ can
6.  Water ½ cup boiling water and 2 Tbsp cold water
METHOD:
·    In a bowl add strawberry flavour gelatin and add ½ cup boiling water and mix will till it dissolved




·    And pour it in square or rectangular shape dish (dish should be grease with oil so that the jelly come out easily from the dish) and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm

·    Same way make other 2 flavour gelatin (jelly mix )


·    After the jelly is set completely unmold it and cut into small cubes


·    And place all the cubed jelly into serving dish (I have taken 6 inches dish and also greased it with oil)


·    Then in a bowl add 1 envelope unflavored gelatin and add 2 Tbsp cold water stir it and let it stand for 1 minutes

·    To that add ½ cup + 2 Tbsp boiling water and mix well for 2 minutes

·    Then add condensed milk and mix well let it cool slightly

·    And pour the mixture over cubes


·    Stir very gently if necessary to evenly distribute jelly cubes

·    Refrigerate for 2 hours or till until firm


·    Cut into square and serve
