INDREDIENTS:
1. Fresh cream or whipping cream 1 cup
2. Vanilla ice-cream 1 cup (soften in room temperature)
3. Gelatin strawberry flavour ½ pack or 2 Tbsp
4. Sponge cake 1 cup cubed (any flavour)
METHOD:
· In a large bowl add fresh cream or whipping cream and beat wellwith the eletric hand beater till it form thick and fluffy
· Then add gelatin and beat well
· Then fold in vanilla ice cream and sponge cake
· Place the foil in the loaf dish and pour the mixture
· And freeze for 5 hours
· After the dessert is set
· Turn the dish to the serving dish
· Slowly peel of the foil, cut and serve with chopped strawberry

Can use any flavour gelatinDISH |
PLACE THE FOIL AND POUR THE MIXTURE |
TURN OFF THE DISH AFTER DESSERT IS SET |
