Paneer Mirch Masala



INGREDIENTS:
1.  Paneer 200gm (cut into cubes )
2.  Onion slice 1
3.  Tomato slice 1
4.  Capsicum slice 1
5.  Green chilli 1 slit
6.  Jeera (cumin) ½ tsp
7.  Ginger and garlic paste 2 tsp
8.  Coriander leaves chopped 5 Tbsp
9.  Red chili powder 1 and ½ tsp
10.Coriander powder 1 tsp
11. Garam masala  powder a pinch
12.  Salt to taste
13.  Oil 3 Tbsp
14.  Cream 5 Tbsp or milk ½ cup dissolve in 1 tsp milk powder
METHOD:
·     In a non stick pan add oil ,Jeera ,onion and fry till light brown

·     Then add ginger garlic paste mix well

·     Add tomato ,green chilli ,capsicum and salt ,fry till soft

·     Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala mix well

·     Then add coriander leaves and paneer mix well

·     Last add the cream or milk and cook for 3 minutes

·     Don’t overcook the paneer it may be harder

·     Serve hot with roti or naan
