PREPARATIONTIME: 20 -25 MINUTES
SERVING FOR: 2 PERSON
INGREDIENTS:
1.     Chicken ½ kg (clean and cut into small pieces)
2.     Spring onion 1 bunch
3.     Onion 1 small chopped
4.     Cumin seeds ½ tsp
5.     Turmeric powder ½ tsp
6.     Red chilli powder 1 tsp of to your taste
7.     Coriander powder 1 tsp
8.     Garam masala powder ½ tsp
9.     Ginger and garlic paste 1Tbsp
10.   Coriander leaves 1 Tbsp
11.    Salt to taste
12.    Oil 3 Tbsp
13.    Lime juice  1 tsp
METHOD:
·     Chop out the onion and green spring, then chop the onion first then grind it along with onion (ingredient no3)
·     Finely chopped the green spring and keep aside
·     In a non stick vessel add oil, then add cumin seeds and onion paste mix well
·     When the onion is slightly brown add ginger and garlic paste mix well
·     Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder mix well
·      Then add the chicken and salt mix well cover and keep for 5 minutes in low heat
·      Then add the green spring mix well again cover and cook for 15 -20 minutes ,or till chicken is done(don’t add water at all)
·     When the chicken is done and all the water is evaporated add coriander leaves, lime juice and garam masala
·     Spring onion chicken is ready
