Fish Fillet with Stir Fry Veggies





INGREDIENTS: (FOR FISH FILLET)
1.     Fish fillet 1 boneless  (wash and dry)
2.     Vinegar 1tsp
3.     Salt
4.     Pepper ½ tsp
5.     Egg 1 (beaten)
6.     Bread crumbs
7.     Olive oil 1 Tbsp
INGREDIENTS: (FOR THE VEGGIES)
1.     Carrots  ½  (cut into 1 inch long)
2.     Capsicum ½ (cut into 1 inch long)
3.     Beans 2 string (cut into 1 inch long)
4.     Spring onion (cut into 1 inch long)
5.     Garlic 1 slices
6.     Salt to taste
7.      Black pepper powder a pinch
8.     White pepper powder a pinch
9.     Olive oil 1 Tbsp
METHOD: (FOR THE FISH FILLET)
·        Wash the fish fillet and dry it with the kitchen towel
·        Then marinate the fish with vinegar, salt and black pepper powder
·        Then dip fish in beaten egg and roll it in bread crumbs
·        And then in a pan add olive oil , place the fish fillet and fry for 4 minutes each side in low heat or till the fish is cooked and turn into light golden brown
METHOD: (FOR THE VEGGIES)
·      In a  same pan add olive oil then add the veggies no 1 to 5 one by one in medium high heat
·       And keep on stirring till the veggies half done
·       Then add black pepper powder, salt and white pepper  powder mix well
·       Serve hot with fish fillet
NOTE:
  • I used hummor fish fillet

  2. This is the recipe that I really want to cook. Finally I found it here. Thanks for sharing this here and I'm sure that I can eat a lot with this. I will dip this to my recipe for stir fry sauce and I think this will be perfect.
