INGREDIENTS:
1. Atta (whole wheat flour) 1 cup
2. Palak ½ cup finely chopped (washed and dry completely)
3. Garlic 1 Tbsp finely chopped
4. Yoghurt 1 tsp
5. Green chill 1 finely chopped
6. Salt to taste
7. Oil or ghee for smearing
METHOD:
· Knead 1 to 6 ingredients with water into smooth dough. Can use 2 tsp of oil if required
· Keep aside for 5 -10 minutes
· Divide the dough into small balls
· Roll out each into round shape and cook in medium heat
· Spread a little more oil or ghee on both the sides and cook till light brown
· Serve hot with yoghurt , dal fry or mango pickle
