Kheema Mutter



INDREDIENTS:
1.   Kheema ½ kg (chicken, beef or mutton)
2.   Onion 2 (chopped)
3.   Ginger paste 1 tsp
4.   Green chilli 2 (chopped)
5.   Tomato 1 (chopped)
6.   Turmeric powder 1tsp
7.   Red chilli powder  1Tbsp
8.   Pepper powder 1tsp
9.   Garam masala ½ tsp
10. Whole masala (cloves 1,cinnamon stick, bay leaves)
11. Coriander powder 1tsp
12. Green peas ½ cup (boiled)
13. Coriander leaves
14.  Oil 3Tbsp
15.   Salt to taste

METHOD:
·        Wash the Kheema and drain water. In a non stick vessel add oil then add whole masala then onion fry till light brown then add ginger and greenchilli mix well
·        Then add the tomato cook till soft. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt
·        Then add Kheema and saute it for 2 minutes then add pepper powder, garam masala and coriander leaves
·        Then add green peas  and cook for 10 minutes in medium low heat
·        Last 2 minutes cook uncovered and keep on stirring.garnish with onion sliced and lemon juice
