Oats Kebabs


 

INGREDIENTS:

1.   oats 1 cup (soak for 30 minutes and drain water)

2.   ginger paste 1 tsp

3.   green chilli 2 chopped

4.   onion 1 small chopped

5.   turmeric powder ½ tsp

6.   coriander powder 1 tsp

7.   jeera powder ½ tsp

8.   chat masala powder ½ tsp

9.   garam masala powder ½ tsp

10.   roasted Chana dal powder 3 Tbsp (besan)

11.   salt to taste

12. Fresh bread 3 (grind and make  crumbs)

13.   coriander leaves chopped 1 Tbsp

14.   oil 3 Tbsp

METHOD:

·       soak oats for 30 minutes and drain all water

·       in a non stick vessel add oil, add ginger, green chilli and onion fry well

·       then add oats, mix well

·       then add turmeric powder, coriander powder,jeera powder,chaat masala, garam masala powder salt and mix well, cover and cook in low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or till water dry

·       then add roasted Chana powder, mix well for 3 minutes

·       and switch of the gas

·       then add freshly grind bread and coriander leaves mix well

·       make kebab shape (can make 10 kebabs)

·       and shallow fry the kebabs both sides till golden brown
                     sever hot with chutney and tomato sauce
