Arabian rice


 
 

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serving for: 2 persons

INGREDIENTS:

1.     Basmati rice cooked(can use left over rice) 2 cups

2.     Chicken breast 1 (cut into cubes)

3.     Pepper powder ¼ tsp

4.     Mustard powder ¼ tsp

5.     Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp

6.     Tomato sauce 1 Tbsp

7.     Wooster sauce 1 Tbsp

8.     Chicken tikka BBQ masala 1 tsp

9.     Onion 1 chopped (small )

10.   Green chilli chopped 1 or 2

11.     Raisin 5 to 6

12.  Garam masala ½ tsp

13.   Salt to taste

14.    Oil 2 Tbsp

15.    Yellow colour few drops (optional)

16.  Coriander leaves for garnish

METHOD:

·        First in a bowl marinate the chicken breast (cut into cubes)

·        In a bowl add INGREDIENTS 2 ,3 ,4,5,6,7,8 and salt mix well and keep for 30 minutes

·        Then in a deep non stick pan add oil add onion and fry for few seconds

·        Then add marinated chicken add stir well for few minutes

·        Then add cooked rice  and green chilli stir well

·        Then add raisins,salt,pepper powder and garam masala ,few drops of yellow colour stir well

·         Cover and keep on low heat for 5 minutes

 

·        Last garnish with some chopped coriander leaves
