Tutti Frutti Cookies



INGREDIENTS:
1.     Butter 125gm (soft and unsalted)
2.     Sugar ½ cup (powdered)
3.     Egg ½ beaten (2 Tbsp)
4.     Vanilla essence ½ tsp
5.     Flour (maida) 1 cup
6.     Tutti futti 2/3 cup
METHOD:
·    In a bowl combine butter and sugar mix well with spoon

·    Then  add egg, vanilla essence, flour mix well with your hand

·    Then add tutti futti and mix well and make a dough



·    Cover and And keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes

·    then roll it into ½ inch and cut the cookies (use any shape cookie cutter)



·    while rolling use some maida (flour) to avoid sticking



·    place the cut cookies in baking tray and bake in pre heated oven for 15 minutes(depending upon your oven) in 160c

·    cool it and store in air tight container and enjoy with tea
