Hara Bara Aloo



INGREDIENTS:
1.     Potato 1 large (boiled and cut into cubes)
2.     Jeera (cumin seeds) ¼ tsp
3.     Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
4.     Green chilli 1 or 2 chopped
5.     Ginger paste ½ tsp
6.     Mint leaves  4 to 5 leaves (optional)
7.     Lemon juice ½ tsp
8.     Salt to taste
9.     Oil 2 Tbsp
METHOD:
·    First boil the potato and cut into small cubes

·    In a small grinder add coriander leaves, , green chilli,ginger paste and add little water and make smooth paste

·   In a small kadai add oil then add cumin seeds

·   Then add green grind paste stir well

·        Then add cubed potato and salt mix well and fry for 5 minutes in medium low heat till all green masala coat the potato

·        Last add lime  juice

·        And serve hot with chapatti and yoghurt
