INGREDIENTS:
1. Brown bread 4 slices
2. Mayonnaise 3 Tbsp
3. Grated carrot 4 Tbsp
4. Cucumber rings 8
5. Lettuce leaves 4
6. Tomato rings 2
7. Pepper powder 1 tsp
8. Salt to taste
METHOD:
· In a bowl add mayonnaise,salt, grated carrot ,pepper and mix well
· Take 2 slice bread and on one side spread mayonnaise mixture
· Then on top place 4 cucumber rings,1 tomato rings and 2 lettuce leaves
· Then cover with other bread
· Cut into triangle and serve
