Kebab Masala




Preparations Time: 30 minutes
Serving For: 4 persons
INGREDIENTS: (FOR KEBABS)
1. Kheema 300gms (chicken,beef,mutton)
1.  Potato 1 small (grated)
2.  Onion 1 small chopped
3.  Green chilli chopped 1
4.  Coriander leaves 2 Tbsp
5.  Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
6.  Red chilli powder 1 tsp
7.  Black pepper powder ½ tsp
8.  Salt to taste
9.  Oil for shallow fry
METHOD:
·   First grind ingredients 1 to 9 into smooth paste
·  Then make small long kebab shape
·   Then cover and shallow fry the kebabs in low heat till light brown and keep aside
INGREDIENTS: (FOR MASALA)
1.  Brown onion paste 1 cup (cut 2 onion and fry till brown and grind into smooth paste by adding little water)
2. Tomato puree ½ cup
3. Green chilli slit 1
4. Red chilli powder 1  tsp
5. Black pepper power ½ tsp
6. Garam masala ½ tsp
7. Salt to taste
8.  Coriander leaves (for garnish)
9.  Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
10. Oil 2 Tbsp
METHOD:
·  In a kadai add oil then add brown onion paste sauté for few seconds
·  To that add tomato puree, red chilli powder, garam masala and black pepper powder mix well
·  Add tomato ketchup sauté for 1 minute
·  Add kebabs mix well
·  Last garnish with coriander leaves green chilli slit
·  Serve hot with naan,chapatti ,roti
