Masala Egg

Preparation Time: 5 minutes + 10 minutes marinate
Serving For: 2 persons
1.  Eggs 2
2.  Red chilli powder  ½ tsp
3.  Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
4.  Coriander powder ½ tsp
5.  Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
6.  Oil 2 tsp
7.  Salt to taste
8.   Coriander leaves for garnish
·  Boiled the eggs with sufficient water and salt. Cool and peel off the shells and cut each egg from center

·  In a bowl add red chilli powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt ,garam masala and 1 tsp oil mix well

·   Rub the masala to the eggs and keep a side for 10 minutes

·   In a small non stick pan add 1 tsp of oil and place the yolk side of egg to the pan and fry in low heat till light brown

·   Turn and fry for few seconds

·    Garnish and serve hot
