Chicken Salkara

1.     Chicken ½ kg (cut into small pieces)
2.     Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
3.     Turmeric powder 1 tsp
4.     Red chilli powder 2 tsp
5.     Coriander powder 1 Tbsp
6.     Garam masala powder ½ tsp
7.     Jeera powder (cumin powder) ½ tsp
8.     Water 1 cup
9.     Salt to taste
10.   Oil 2 Tbsp
11.   Coriander leaves few
12     Curry leaves few
13.    Tomato ketchup 1Tbsp (optional)
·    First in a non stick vessel add ingredients no 1 to 9 and mix well

·    And then keep in medium heat and cook covered till the water evaporates

·    When the water all most dry add oil and hand full of curry leaves mix well

·    And keep on stirring for 5 minutes till all the masala is roasted with the chicken at this time if you like can add tomato ketchup

·    Last garnish with coriander leaves
