Muthiya Kababs

1.     Lamb mince (Kheema) 250gms (wash and grain)
2.     Onion 1 (grated or finely chopped)
3.     Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
4.     Coriander leaves ¼ cup (finely chopped)
5.     Green chilli 1 -2 (chopped)
6.     Turmeric powder ½ tsp
7.     Garam masala powder 1 tsp
8.     Red chilli crushed 1 tsp
9.     Salt to taste
10.   Oil 1-2 Tbsp
·     Mix all the above ingredients 1 to 9 ,except the oil and knead well

·     Make sausage shaped kababs  taking small amounts in the palm of your hand and closing tightly, so that the finger leave their mark on the kababs

·     Heat a non stick pan spread ½ tsp oil and place the kababs on it

·     Cook on high heat without moving them for 2 minutes

·      Then reduce the heat and cover the pan and let the kebabs cook in their own steam for 10 minutes

·      Remove and allow to cool

·      Now next heat a non stick pan add 1-2 Tbsp of oil and sauté the kababs for 2-3 minutes or till brown

·      Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges
