Mini Chicken Cutlet



INGREDIENTS:
1.     Chicken 1 cup (boiled and shredded)
2.     Onion 1 large (finely chopped)
3.     Ginger and garlic paste 1 Tbsp
4.     Curry leaves few (finely chopped)
5.     Green chilli paste 1 tsp (can add more)
6.     Turmeric powder ½ tsp
7.     Garam masala powder ½ tsp
8.     Potato 1 cup (boiled and mashed)
9.     Carrot ¼ cup (grated)
10.   Kusturi methi (dry fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
11.   Lemon juice 1 tsp
12.   Coriander leaves  2 Tbsp (finely chopped)
13.   Salt to taste
14.   Oil for fry
15.   Egg 1 (beaten)
16.  Bread crumbs (to roll the cutlets)
METHOD:

·        In a vessel add 2 Tbsp of oil then add onion, fry till light brown

·        Then add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, grated carrot mix well


·        Then add turmeric powder,kusturi methi, garam masala and chicken mix well

·        Then add potato and salt mix well


·        Then last add lemon juice and coriander leaves, let it cool

·        Then make small mini shape cutlets


·        Dip the cutlets in beaten egg and roll it nicely in bread crumbs

·        And deep fry or shallow fry it in hot oil
