Chicken Yakhni Pulao

1.     Chicken  ½ kg
2.     Onion 3 chopped
3.     Tomato 2 chopped
4.     Ginger and garlic paste 2 Tbsp
5.     Garam masala 1 tsp
6.     Turmeric powder ½ tsp
7.     Oil 2 Tbsp
8.     Salt to taste
9.     Basmati rice 2 cups (wash and soak for an hour)
10.   Whole garam masala
11.   Curry leaves few
12.   Red chilli powder 1 tsp
13.   Coriander powder 1tsp
14.   Coriander leaves 3 Tbsp
15.   Mint leaves 1 Tbsp (optional)
16.   Green chili 2 slit
17.   Ghee 3 Tbsp
18.   Water total 4 cups (1 cup chicken stock and 3 cups water)
·      In a pressure cooker add no 1 to 6 with 1 Tbsp of oil, salt and 1 cup water mix well

·      After 2 whistle ,off the gas and let it cool

·      In another deep non stick vessel  add ghee, oil and whole garam masala

·      Then add  chicken mixture (use only chicken and stock can use it  later),curry leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves,salt,mint leaves, green chilli and mix well

·      Then add rice and water and chicken stock, salt mix well

·      And cook in medium heat, till rice is completely done

·      Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves
