Chapatti Chilli




INGREDIENTS:
1.     Chapatti 2 (best use leftover chapatti)
2.     Carrot 1 Tbsp finely sliced
3.     Capsicum 1 Tbsp finely sliced
4.     Cabbage 2 Tbsp finely sliced
5.     Spring onion 1 Tbsp
6.     Green chilli 1 (slit)
7.     Garlic 1tsp finely chopped
8.     Soya sauce ½ tsp
9.     Thai chilli sauce 1 tsp
10.   Tomato sauce 1 Tbsp
11    Black pepper powder a pinch
12.   White pepper powder a pinch
13.   Salt a pinch
14.   Oil 1tsp
METHOD:
·    Cut the chapatti into half then  again finely slice long with the scissors
·    Then in a pan add oil then add carrot fry for a minute then add capsicum and green chilli sauté for 1 minute
·   Then add garlic mix well then add cabbage fry in medium high heat
·   Then add chapatti mix well then add soya sauce,thai chiilli sauce,tomato sauce, pepper powder,spring onion, salt and sauté for few minutes till all chapatti is nicely mixed with the sauce
·    Serve hot

    good one shabnam...i really like it ...alwaz i think what to do with the left over chaptti this is a goood idea.i willl try it.
