Bread Vada

1.     Bread 2  or bun 1 (crushed with your hand)
2.     Rice powder 1 Tbsp
3.     Besan (Chick pea flour) 1 Tbsp
4.     Red chilli powder ½ tsp
5.     Green chilli 1 finely chopped (optional)
6.     Onion ½ finely chopped
7.     Ginger and garlic powder ½ tsp
8.     Garam masala powder a pinch
9.     Coriander leaves 1 Tbsp
10.   Curry leaves 3 finely chopped
11.   Yoghurt (dahi ) 1 and ½ Tbsp
12.    Salt to taste
13.    Oil for deep fry
·        In a bowl add all ingredients 1 to 12 and mix well
·        If the mixture is very soft then add ½ tsp of besan or rice powder
·        Then take a small ball, flatten it and make a hole in the center with your finger
·         Then drop into oil and deep fry till golden brown
·        Serve with tomato ketchup and chill sauce
·        Can use little oil on your hand while making vada
·        Don’t add water to this mixture
