Palak (Spinach) Chapatti/Roti

 
 
INGREDIENTS:
1.     Maida (Flour) 2 cups
2.     Palak (Spinach) ½ cup finely chopped
3.     Salt to taste
4.     Oil 4 Tbsp
5.     Ghee
6.     Water as required
METHOD:
·   In a bowl add maida,spinach,salt,oil and add water and make a dough
·   Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes
·   Divide into equal balls
·   Roll each balls and give round even shape
·   And place in medium heat Tava, cook both sides ,spread little ghee  theboth side
·   Serve hot with any vegetable curry or dal or can eat with yogurt too
