Tava Rice

Serving For: 1 person
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
1.  Cooked rice 1 cup (I used basmati rice and rice should be 95 % cooked)
2.  Onion ½ sliced
3.  Red chilli and garlic paste ½ tsp(2 whole red chilli and 2 garlic cloves grind into paste adding little water)
4.  Capsicum small pieces sliced
5.  Tomato ½ sliced
6.  Turmeric powder a pinch
7.  Yogurt 1 tsp
8.  Salt to taste
9.  Oil 2tsp
·   In a non stick tava add oil to that add sliced onion sauté for few seconds

·  Then add red chilli and garlic paste mix well

·  Add capsicum,tomato,turmeric  powder sauté well in medium heat

·  Then add yogurt and salt mix well

·  Last add cooked rice and mix well

·  Tava rice is ready to serve with yogurt and papad
