Bread and Egg Upma

1.  Bread 3 (cut into small cubes)
2.  Egg 1 (beaten)
3.  Onion ½ chopped (finely)
4.  Tomato ½ chopped (finely)
5.  Curry leaves chopped
6.  Red chilli powder ¼ tsp
7.  Turmeric powder  a pinch
8.  Coriander leaves chopped 1Tbsp
9.  Pepper powder for garnish
10. Salt to taste
11. Oil 2 tsp
·        In a non stick pan add oil fry onion  for few seconds

·        Then add chopped tomato cook till soft

·        Reduce the heat add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and curry leaves mix well

·        Then add beaten egg and salt mix well

·        Then add cubed bread mix well and coat the masala well

·        Last garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder

·        Serve hot with tea or coffee for breakfast or evening snack
