Tava (Pan) Pizza

Tava (Pan) Pizza


 
Serving For: 3 persons
 
INGREDIENTS: (pizza base dough)
1.     Maida (flour) 1 and ½ cup
2.     Instant yeast 1 tsp
3.     Baking powder ½ tsp
4.     Salt ½ tsp
5.     Sugar ½ tsp
6.     Oil 4 Tbsp
7.     Luke warm water as required
METHOD:
·        In a large bowl add all ingredients 1 to 6 and mix well
 
·        Add little by little water and make soft dough
 
·        Knead dough for 10 minutes
 
 
 
 
·        And keep for 1 hour in warm place covered (during cold climate keep for 2 hour)
 
·        Then knead again and roll it,peek with fork
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
·        Spread  2 Tbsp tomato sauce or pizza sauce ,grated mozzarella cheese
 
 
 
·        Then any topping you like (cubed capsicum, deseeded and cubes
       tomato,olive,cubed onion, cubed chicken)
 
TOPPINGS
 
 
·        Then place in flat tava just grease the tava with little oil
 
·        In a very low heat cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes,cut and serve
 
COVER AND COOK
 
 
CUT ANS SERVE
