Chicken Pasandi






Preparation +cooking Time: 30 minutes
Servings For: 4 persons
INGREDIENTS:
1.     Chicken boneless ½ kg (cut into long stripes)
2.     Coconut milk powder 3 Tbsp
3.     Red chilli powder 1 tsp
4.     Yoghurt 4 Tbsp
5.     Roasted besan ( Chana Atta)  1 Tbsp
6.     Cashew nut powdered 2 Tbsp(2 Tbsp =8 cashewnuts)
7.     Garam masala powder 1 tsp
8.     Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
9.     Ginger and garlic paste 2 tsp
10.   Salt to taste
11.   Onion ½ chopped
12.   Oil ¼ cup
13.   Green chili and coriander leaves chopped for garnish
14.   Water ½ cup if needed
METHOD:
·   First in a bowl add INGREDIENTS 1 to 10 and mix well ,marinate for 2 hours


·   Then in a kadai add ¼ cup oil  add onion and fry till light brown

·   Then add marinated chicken and cook in medium heat

·   If needed add ½ cup water

·        After the chicken is cooked garnish with slit green chill and coriander leaves

·        Serve hot with naan ,roti
